Welcome to CBVE Connect, hosted by CBVE Hubs (“we,” “us,” “our”). By registering for or attending CBVE Connect events (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• CBVE Connect is a virtual networking and matchmaking event designed to connect entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and service providers.
   
• Participation is subject to completing the submission form accurately and honestly.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access if information provided is false, misleading, or violates community guidelines.
   

• Complimentary tickets provide basic access to the Event.
   
• Paid tickets (Strategic Attendee, Exhibitor, Roundtable Expert and Sponsors) grant additional benefits as described on our website.
   
• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by CBVE Hubs.
   
• If you upgrade from a Complimentary ticket to a paid ticket, payment must be completed prior to receiving upgraded access.
   

• CBVE Connect uses CBVE Hubs technology to facilitate introductions.
   
• While we strive to make accurate and valuable matches, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, deals, or partnerships.
   
• You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any agreements with other participants.
   

• Treat all participants with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
   
• Solicitation, spam, or aggressive sales tactics are prohibited.
   
• Any inappropriate, offensive, or harassing behavior will result in removal from the Event without refund.
   

• By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your profile data for matchmaking, event communications, and community engagement.
   
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
   
• Attendees may be visible to each other within the matchmaking platform and event hub.

• Portions of CBVE Connect may be recorded, photographed, or captured for promotional purposes.
   
• By attending, you consent to the use of your image, name, and participation in such recordings, unless you notify us in writing prior to the Event.
   

• CBVE Hubs is not responsible for any business, financial, or contractual outcomes arising from connections made at the Event.
   
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBVE Hubs disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation.
   

• We reserve the right to modify the Event program, speakers, or schedule at our discretion.
   
• If CBVE Connect is cancelled, paid attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.
   

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
